Refund policy
Food items
Our cheesecakes and other edible products are freshly made and perishable, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges on any food items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace or refund where appropriate.
Non-food items (accessories)
Candles, balloons, cake toppers and other non-perishable accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
How to request a return (non-food items only)

Log in to your account (top-right “Account”).

Open Orders → select the order → click Request return.

Choose the item(s), reason, and submit.

If approved, we’ll email your return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect eligible non-food returns, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (your bank may take longer to post). If it’s been more than 10 business days since approval, please contact us
Exceptions

No returns or exchanges on food items (fresh/chilled/frozen).

No returns on custom/personalised items, gift cards, or sale items (unless faulty).
Damaged/Incorrect on arrival (food & non-food)
Please check your delivery on arrival and contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.
