Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only using a next-day express service.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or any offshore destinations, as our cheesecakes and brownies must arrive within 24 hours to maintain their quality and freshness.


2. Delivery Services & Pricing

We use DPD Next Day Express for all orders to ensure safe, temperature-controlled delivery.

  • Standard Next Day Delivery – £5.99

  • Free Delivery – on all orders over £60

  • Saturday Delivery – £9.99

Delivery times are Tuesday – Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

All delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or adverse weather. However, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on the chosen date in perfect condition.


3. Dispatch Times & Cut-Off

Orders placed before 10am (Monday – Friday) are usually dispatched the same day for next-day delivery, if you select the following day at checkout.
Orders placed after 10am or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date. We recommend selecting a date when someone will be available to receive the delivery, as our perishable items must be stored correctly on arrival.


4. Product Handling

  • Cheesecakes are delivered frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain temperature during transit.

  • Please transfer your cheesecakes to the fridge immediately on arrival, once defrosted, please keep refridgerated and consume within 5 days

  • Brownies are delivered fresh or chilled, ready to enjoy. Please refrigerate on arrival and consume within 5 days.


5. Missed Deliveries

By placing an order with us, you agree that someone must be available to receive the delivery on your chosen date.

DPD will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. Because our products are perishable and time-sensitive, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of quality, damage, or spoilage if the parcel is left unattended, delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or not brought inside promptly.

If the parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery or refusal, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Please double-check your delivery address and chosen date at checkout to avoid disappointment.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or delayed in a way that affects product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
We’ll investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Partners

We work closely with DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor progress and receive delivery updates.
